Ingredients - chocolate frosting recipe!

* 12 tablespoons of unsalted-Butter (1 1/2 sticks)( room temperature)
* 1 1/3 cups of PowderedSugar; sifted
* 1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
* 3 ounces UnsweetenedCchocolate; melted & slightly cooled

Instructions:

1. Beat butter in a bowl of the stand mixer fitted with a Paddle-Attachment on medium or high speed about 3 minutes until fluffy and light.
2. Stop mixer and add powderedSugar. Turn mixer to low speed, then gradually boost the speed until powderedSugar be totally incorporated.
3. Turn mixer off and add chocolate & vanilla. Beat on medium or high speed until frosting is thoroughly mixed and airy, about 3 minutes. Use to top cookies, cakes , cupcakes, or...ect
